Run the batch file (I think all you gotta do is double click it, and a command prompt usually pops up, shows some text, does its thing, and then should close) once that is done then the.nds file should be patched right up. Im still using the japanese version (comes with a full english translation) of this game with a AR code on my R4, so I didnt even go through the hassle of patching this rom.
