The Cell CPU has allways been about multitasking. It's just rubbish at general purpous processing.which is what i meant by multitasking. On a PC, there is more general purpose processing (multitasking) than there is on a console CPU. Although the Cell does 'mutlitask', its just running game code. Its not running the OS, virus programs, IM programs, internet, spyware software, gamespot:P, and not to mention the drivers on your PC.
