So I tried all the values you suggested and all of them booted fine with no distortion. However, the resolution was locked at 800 x 600 only and the graphics that was detected was hd 4600 with 64mb. However, I did end up getting it working. I was thinking how my system works perfectly fine after I changed resolutions and back, therefore, I figured it must be a boot loader problem to begin with and not really a graphics issue per se. So I got some advice elsewhere that maybe I had to change the boot loader's initial graphics setting to 1080p.

I don't know exactly how did you obtain the one you're currently using. No more artifacts after setting IntelAzulFB to 12. I found, it relates IntelAzulFB values to (I believe) ig-platform-id values.
If you don't want to delete them, you can also just move them to somewhere else on your hard drive (as a backup). Then, copy the files from your downloaded folder into /System/Library/Extensions.

I have deleted the kext for the graphics card to install El Capitan. After installing it boots also without error messages, but then comes a graphic error. The graphics error was already before I had deleted the Kext before installing. The graphics error should not come, however, if I had deleted the kext?

Is it possible to just patch IDs inside kexts so they will think that my HD 2000 (0x0102) is just some kind of HD 3000 with the half of execution units inside? Which of AppleIntel*.kext s should I patch and how?

According to the 'Graphics Specifications' section of that page, the Intel Core i5-2500 uses 'Intel® HD Graphics 2000'. If you have 'Intel® HD Graphics 3000', check out. If your processor only has 'Intel® HD Graphics', it isn't supported by Mac OS X. Additionally, your computer's motherboard has to support integrated graphics. P67 motherboards are the only type of motherboard for Intel 2nd-generation processors that don't support integrated graphics; all other types of motherboards should work.
Though I myself don't know anything about code or programming, I have tried installing clover many times and remembered that there was a file ' csmvideodxe-64' that made the boot loader start with a better resolution. Long story short, I added that to my drivers64uefi folder in the boot loader and voila, the system now boots perfectly with no distortion at 1080p. After doing about 2.5 weeks of research, and after 8 different installs of Mavericks, I still cannot get my Graphics Driver to work properly. The installer works like magic, but when it comes to booting and running Mavericks, it is like, well. Open Multibeast, and install “System Utilities” and “Mac mini” system definition. “System Utilities” fixes the permissions of the new files that you added in the previous step. A system definition pretends that your Hackintosh is a real Mac.

I recently installed Yosemite 10.10.2 as an update to my previous Mavericks based hackintosh. I now have graphics issues, specifically at the log on screen and in google chrome (but not safari). Portions of the screen are glitchy and flash what is being displayed on and off. Everything else works fine, no other program has this issue. As I said, I previously had Mavericks installed and the graphics worked fine (with the exception of some lagging while using LaunchPad, this installation has the same issue).
If you don't see the exFat partition in Windows don't worry. (Take a program like Partition Wizard, format the partition in NTFS and assigns the letter D:. Now open the command prompt administrator and write: diskpart select disk 0 list partition (check the partition before-exFat = after-NTFS 'example partition 4') select partition 4 format fs=exfat quick label=Hdd Now you must have the partition exfat visible and writable) Part 2: Important! Don't format or delete the EFI partition. From the Mac USB we need delete AppleIntelHDGraphicsFB.kext. Now we go in to the installation of El Capitan, with disk utility format the partition 'Mac' in HFS+ mac journaled, then install Mac OS X. Then your display is natively fully detected by Mac, that's why the Custom EDID doesn't make difference. You can take that out from your config.plist if you want to. The only possible solution I found for your problem with Intel HD 4600 was to try different values for IntelAzulFB in Chameleon. That doesn't exist in Clover so you can try different ig-platform-id.
