I was recently looking into this card (and some other GTS250) and found little info on Gainward's Green and Deep Green cards. The DG is a new card, and the Green version is only a little older, both being the cheapest among GTS250 range, at least where I live. Here's what little info I found out so far: Green - clocks are slower than in regular GTS; features 2 x PCI-E 6pin connectors and full length PCB; downclocks nicely in 2D mode Deep Green - clocks are even slower; only 1 PCI-E 6pin; short PCB; downclocks in 2D mode I guess they managed to save a few watts just by downclocking the cards, and maybe the voltage circuitry they use is a little better. Can't say anything about noise.
